If you accomplish one of the contract goals you're more than likely to finish the yearly goal respectively.
Either way this can be done is less than 5 minutes:
1. Start a new franchise.
2. Choose all 30 teams. Next screen turn everything off except GM contracts which you can't because it's locked. Turn on tasks to auto manage on the next screen.
3. Simulate the season, you'll get alot of popups so just skip them and continue simming.
At the end of the season the achievement is yours.
Just for reference all the yearly goals:
Finish over .500
Reach Postseason
Win Division
Contract goals:
Reach postseason
Win League Pennant
Win World Series
Win Division Series

For anyone having issues, some detailed clarifications...
- When starting franchise mode, before being able to select all the teams, a roster selection is required. I used the CURRENT ROSTERS.
- After setting all three managerial tasks to auto manage, the option to start the season in Spring Training or Regular Season will be offered. I started in REGULAR SEASON. On the first team specific screen, select calendar, change the date to any day after the final game of the regular season (i.e., October 1, 2023,) then select Sim through Date (Y button) and off it goes.
The team being displayed is the Baltimore Orioles. Baltimore's season does not matter. The achievement requirement is satisfied as every team is human controlled.
- There are two types of pop-ups. Informational (notice) ones only have the ok option to skip. Season special events (confirm) pop-ups cannot be simply skipped, as they have options to select from. Most are options to drop out of simulation to deal with the event or continue simulating. The answer defaults to drop out of simulating, answer accordingly.
- Critical situations will pop-up which you can chose to play, simulate to end of game or TURN OFF CRITICAL SITUATIONS.
These can also be turned off

--- after the initial display of the franchise league menu, the league updates section will display a critical situations toggle
