How to unlock the Lead the Way Cap achievement in MLB The Show 23 - Definitive Guide

Best way to do this without upgrading parallels and getting all the cards necessary form the marketplace is to first complete all the the Negro League Baseball storylines and unlock the Sandford Greene Captain Buck O' Neil card.
Doing this also unlocks all the Sanford Greene series cards: Jackie Robinson, Martin Dhigo, Hank Thompson, Hilton Smith, John Donaldson and Rube Foster.

Once you have that, go to Diamond Dynasty>Manage Squad. Now Substitute atleast 5 cards from this series into your squad starting lineup, starting pitching rotation or bench, including Sanford Greene Captain Buck O' Neil card. Make sure to remove the 90 Buck O' Neil card otherwise you won't be able to sub in your Captain Buck O' Neil Card.
Once done press
and you should be on the captain screen. Use 
or 
and highlight Hitting captain. Use 
and swap to your Sanford Greene captain card, press 
and assign him as your hitting captain. Achievement should pop since his T2 boost is 5/5 players from the Sanford Greene series is on your squad.

For anyone who might not realize, you need to remove the 90 overall Buck O’Neil from your lineup or bench to be able to use the 95 overall card of him.

@Maxumilli0n thanks! That was the problem😀 btw I don't write another guide but to me is much easier to buy some players from the marketplace than complete the Negro League.
