Personally what I did was choose the Diamondbacks as the road team so you hit first with Corbin Carroll

Use Forbes field and max out all the sliders

From here with the sliders adjusted you should be able to get it with a few attempts but since he is the lead off man if you don’t get it you can easily just restart and bat again

This can be unlocked in Road To The Show with the hitting difficulty on Beginner. Once you make your player(I made mine a position player and a switch hitter with Keibert Ruiz' batting stance, as it has a very quick swing on both sides of the plate) and you get assigned to a team, you can change the stadium assignments of each AA stadium to Forbes Field. As that particular stadium has a large gap in left, left-center, and center-field, so you should benefit greatly from getting extra-base hits. Once you go into a game and you're up to bat, try to power swing at the first pitch and hope the ball lands in the left-center gap, or the right-center gap and the CPU outfielders follow it to the warning track, that should buy you enough time to run to third base for a triple, and get the achievement.
