Start an exhibition game and set the innings to one.
Pick your teams but make sure that your team is in the right side so that you pitch first.
After getting three outs (and, ideally, no points for the opponent), simply swing a home run and the achievement is yours.
Obviously, for the sake of ease, feel free to adjust sliders and difficulty as desired.

1 inning exhibition worked great. I played as the Boomers vs an AA team. I set Batting difficulty to Beginner and set the sliders of Human Contact, Human Power, and Human Timing to 100.
With all that I hit a 500ft HR on the first pitch when I was batting for the walk off.

This one is real simple go to Diamond Dynasty create your team. You will then get starter missions. Your first mission you will be a batter with the bases loaded. I hit a home run & the achievement popped.
