Here is my 100% Achievement guide for Mochi Mochi Boy!

Picking up 6 slimes in the game unlocks this, and it is technically unmissable as through random levels, you see these blue jars with a heart in it and you have to go over it to finish a level anyway.

While you make your way up to Level 30, you will sometimes encounter treasure chests along your way. They will not appear in every level, but once you find one, just crawl over it to rescue the slime. Since you need to crawl over every single tile of a level anyway, there is no way to miss any slimes on your way.

Slimes appear randomly throughout the levels but are unmissable as they are always in your path. You will collect 6 while progressing through 30 levels for "Slimey Climb".
