This trophy will unlock once you’ve reached Level 30 in Tower Mode. Just reaching it is enough, there is no need to complete it. You will finish a level after you have crawled over every tile at least once. However, you have to make sure that you don’t accidentally block your way since there’s no possibility to crawl over yourself again. If you find yourself trapped, press 
to start a level anew and try again. Later levels feature colored portals which you can use to travel to another portal of the same color. Use them wisely and you’ll get through each level without any trouble.

To unlock all 9 Tower mode achievements, all you need to do is reach Level 30, not complete it. You will collect all 6 slimes along the way.
To complete each level, move your character with 
until all the squares with hearts are covered. In the earlier levels, the area is more open which offers a variety of ways to complete it. As the levels progress, more obstacles (tree stumps) are introduced which make moving around the level more maze-like and deliberate. Since there is no set time limit, it is recommended that you take your time and plan out your moves before you do them.
Since you cannot move into a space you have already covered, if for any reason you feel you may become trapped, press 
then 
to restart the level.
