On ANY hidden object scene just pause the scene when it starts then find 2 or 3 items while its paused then unpause and quickly click on the items you found then pause again and repeat the process until you have found all the items.

You may actually get this naturally while playing through, as you're working towards Triple Luck.
However, below is a picture of a relatively small HO scene you can use for this trophy. It is fairly early in the game – it's the HO scene at the gazebo at the Mansion. Backup your save before starting it, just in case.

A minute may seem tight at first, but since you can play on Casual difficulty, there is no penalty to spamming 
during HOPs to find items. I found it best and easiest, as soon as I start an HOP, to just go around the scene pressing on every obvious unique object. This would pick up a solid 75% or more of the objects. Then quickly go through the list to find the remaining 1-4 items.
One other option, if you're struggling with this, is to go through an HOP and find and click on every object except the last one. Then quit to the main menu and continue your game. You'll be back before the start of the HOP. Do it again, but now that you know where all the objects are you can do it very quickly, and easily under one minute.
