You only need to complete one Puzzle without mistake on the game, so all the others you can spam buttons without problem to get the achievement related to complete them in less than 10 minutes.

As the description says, you'll need to complete an HOP without a single mistake. For whatever reason, the HOPs that show the outline of the four objects on the bottom didn't unlock this achievement for me. It seemed to only unlock either with a "normal" HOP (the ones with the names of all the items across the bottom) or with an HOP with a string of object outlines across the bottom.
There are two easy ways to get this achievement:
- Take it slow and don't click on any objects until you're sure you found the right one.
- Go through the HOP making as many mistakes as you want as you find and click on every object except the last one. Find it but don't click on it. Instead, quit to the main menu. Continue your game and go back through the HOP and click on everything that you already found without a mistake.
Just be aware that if you use the latter method, the HOPs with the names of the items listed are randomized, so it's possible you won't get the exact same list of items.
