If you're playing on Casual (and you should be), you don't need to worry too much about this trophy, as using the crazy clicking method – where you spam 
while moving the cursor around the screen – will get you through HO scenes in a minute or two each.
This does not need to be three consecutive HO scenes.

This achievement requires you to progress through the game quickly enough such that you complete three different HOPs in under ten minutes, total real time. In the beginning of the game this will seem impossible, and it is because there aren't many HOPs up front. Many of them are towards the end of the game, so as long as you play through the final couple chapters of the game in one sitting, this should come naturally.
Since you can and should be playing on Casual difficulty, you can spam 
in every HOP to finish them very quickly. I would typically go around the scene pressing on all the unique obvious objects quickly. This would get me at least 75% of the objects. Then consult the list and actually find the rest. This makes HOPs all take 1-2 minutes at most, allowing you to move quickly on to the next one in the story.
