After you obtain the Ultimate Pantie, you can return to where you first fought the final boss, and face a stronger version of him. After you do this, watch the end credits and there will be another short scene after. Once that scene is finished, this trophy will unlock.

The Ultimate Pantie is at X:11 Y:10 on the Gothgal Quartz Area 7F Sealed Floor.
The final boss is at X:03 Y:19 in White Limit 1F.
