Occasionally after a battle, one of the lesser enemies will join you. If you return to the inn, you can visit a monster girl's room and choose the "Pet Pact" option to have that creature become the girl's pet, which will provide a small benefit during battle. The exact effect depends on both the monster and the girl. Doing this for the first time will unlock this trophy.
