"Unique items" is not really an accurate description. It refers to the equippable accessories with a yellow star next to the name, and you can obtain more than one of the same item. They are rare drops from battles and item harvesting points, but they are much more common in the post-game sealed areas. Collect 10 different kinds to unlock this trophy. You will most likely earn it while working toward the true ending.
