Here is a link to the map I used to locate the Ivory Bugs. FYI the bunny is located in the White Leaf Memorial Park right under an entrance to Kastral City. You need to take a long elevator ride up.
Note: can also be used to locate the Vitality Fragments.

Does this unlock after you beat the game? I did this and turned them in and they did not unlock.

It happened to me. I've just quitted the game and when I loaded the save file, the achievement unlocked
