How to unlock the Healthy! achievement in Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight - Definitive Guide

Here is a link to the map I used to find the Vitality Fragments. The most commonly missed fragment is located in the Subterranean Graveyard in what appears to an empty room. It's listed at #7 in the link provided. Hit the left wall with your main weapon to reveal the fragment.

Note: can also be used to find the Ivory Bugs.

When I collected my last fragment the achievement didn't unlock, so I went back to the main menu, loaded save again, and when I picked it up the second time, it unlocked immediately. If anyone else has the same issue, I advise trying that. Just make sure you don't save before.
