How to unlock the Helpful deal achievement in MONOPOLY DEAL - Definitive Guide

This one is a bit tricky and depending on luck but you can also boost this one in a private match. You have to complete a set for yourself and your enemy by using the "Forced Deal" card. Try to save them up until everything is set (there are three "Forced Deal" cards in the stack). try not to complete any sets before doing this. Remember that by pressing LT/RT you can take a closer look at the cards and sets of your enemies.

I've done this twice, but both times when i forced the deal it led me to win the whole game and the achievement never popped. Does this mean i have to allow me and the other play to complete a set without winning the game? Or are the achievements just glitched?

Cards Needed:

  • Forced Deal
  • One set missing a single card that is on the field.
  • Opponent's one set missing a single card that you have out on the field.

A forced deal is an action card that forces a trade between two players. By playing it you select a card that your opponent has that you desire, but must choose something you are willing to give up for it. For instance I want a brown card, and give up one of my blue card for it.

The key to this achievement is that you both complete sets by doing the deal. So in my instance above, by taking your brown card I complete my brown set, but you also complete your blue set with the card I gave you.

Set up by waiting until you have all but one property of a specific color set, while your opponent has one (or more) properties of that same color. You will also need a vice-versa situation where your opponent has all but one property of a different specific color set, while you have one (or more) properties of that second color. You will then play a "Forced Deal" action card, which allows you to trade one of your properties for one of your opponents. Choose the cards that will complete both your monopoly and your opponent's at the same time. Note that you cannot steal from a completed monopoly with this action card.

Get the Forced Deal card. Next, collect sets of property (including utilities and railway) and watch what your opponent is doing. Some require only 2 colors (brown, blue, communal).

For example, you have 1 brown property card and 1 utility card. The opponent has similar ones. Throw away the “Forced Deal” card and exchange your brown one for your opponent’s utility card. Thus, he receives a complete brown set, a complete communal apartment. You can exchange unique cards. Do it with AI or online.
