The best tip for most trophies is to start with is set to YOU Vs your 2nd controller or YOU Vs 1 AI on Hard, then pick a map you like. I personally just do Monopoly City revisited.

For this trophy I suggest AI

Your aim here is to get property but really just vacuum electricity, then pump it into your buildings. Ignore water, and let the AI even win the match it doesn't matter. As long as you focus on electricity but let the AI suck some up the game will consider it for an award.

This is awarded to the player who collected the most electricity. Keep collecting electricity, and buy a few houses but only throw electricity at them (don't collect water). Buy all the properties and use your electricity on them so you can collect more of it.
