The best tip for most trophies is to start with is set to YOU Vs your 2nd controller or YOU Vs 1 AI on Hard, then pick a map you like. I personally just do Monopoly City revisited.

For this trophy I suggest AI

Your aim here is to buy some properties, and vac up tons of water. Let the AI take what they take but as long as you get some properties to push water into so you can suck more you should get this. Let them win but put up a 'fight' even though you are just buying/bidding to pump water out.

Warning! Awards are still RNG to which are selected and this could take several tries

This is awarded to the player who collected the most water. Keep collecting water, and buy a few houses but only throw water at them (don't collect electricity). Buy all the properties and use your water on them so you can collect more of it.

It is necessary that the water scale be filled by the end of the level, the others do not. I only collected water, didn’t pump it at home, sometimes I bought it, sometimes I was thrown into prison.
