Keep in mind medals are random but I had more success if I used 2 controllers and focused on 2 medals at once that way they would at least award me one. There’s 2 “strike” power ups from community chest, the one that has a bullseye in the middle like a house is the one you want to keep using. There’s another one that strikes but starts an auction, that one does not count towards this.
Later in the game as I was winding down on achievements I had 2 human players and 3 AI to keep things interesting.
More players in the game more medals awarded.

Just be aware that you don't actually get more medals with more people, regardless if you do ffa or teams.

The best tip for most trophies is to start with is set to YOU Vs your 2nd controller or YOU Vs 1 AI on Hard, then pick a map you like. I personally just do Monopoly City revisited.
