How to unlock the Precocious achievement in MONOPOLY PLUS - Definitive Guide
Your position during the beginning roll doesn't matter. Each player that lands on a piece of property, do an auction and let your player win the auction with everyone else quitting out. As long as one of the next players coming up lands on one of those properties and you collect rent, you will get the achievement.
If you don't get it the first time through, just quit the game, go back and start a new one until you get it.
This is easiest with a six player game. Try to be the person to go first, buy a property, and then just wait. The odds will generally be on your side for this. If everyone skips past your property then you can just start a new game and try again. As long as you go before most of the other players, you've got pretty decent odds of someone landing on the property.
While doing this, you'll likely also unlock the "Pole Position" trophy.
This achievement is heavily luck based. You need to go out on your first turn, purchase a property and then have an opponent land on it in their first turn netting you rent.
This is easiest when done with the using one controller technique and having yourself start first (need to work on getting your character to start first) and then land on a property you can purchase, buy that property, and have an opponent land on that same property to pay rent.
This will simply take some grinding to get it to land just right, but it can happen rather easily in a full six-player game when you go near the beginning. Also remember to have any players who may start before your main profile to allow your main profile to purchase the properties in an auction to increase the chance later players land on something you own.
To earn this trophy, you need to land on a property and purchase it on your first roll and then have another player land on your property with their first roll, and pay you rent. With every players, auction any property they land on and win the auction with Player 1. Doing this will allow you to accumulate properties very quickly, and will hopefully allow one of the proceeding players to land on a property you've purchased, on their first roll. If they do land on one of your properties with their first roll.
