How to unlock the Subdivision achievement in MONOPOLY Streets - Definitive Guide

There is a very simple way to do this. Start a game with custom house rules. The only rule you need to change is the one that when you sell houses and hotels you get full value, instead of the default 50%.

Play an offline game, can be against the computer, or with a 2nd controller, doesn't matter.

Acquire a Monopoly, and build 12 houses, then confirm and save.
Do not end your turn.
Go Back in to the Build Menu.
Sell the 12 Houses, then confirm and save.
Do not end your turn.
Go Back in to the Build Menu.
Build the 12 houses again.

Repeat until the achievement pops.
Takes about 15 mins.

You'll also get the achievement for Building 100 houses along the way.

Great solution. To speed this up a bit more: Set starting money to $2500, all properties randomly dealt, 88 houses. On your main controller's first turn, trade all normal properties and money to it in exchange for a railroad or utility. You can then build and sell more than 12 houses each time.

This trophy is cumulative and does not have to be done in one game. Easiest way is to set your starting game stats to their maxes (Starting Cash, Go Money, Etc Etc), make it so the game to auction off all the proporties at the beginning of the game and change the houses resale value 100. Buy all the proporties during the auctions for $1 each. After your first turn is over and you are at the "End Turn" menu, select "Build & Mortgage" and build 4 houses on every property, then save and exit back to the "End Turn" menu. After that, go back into the "Build & Mortgage" screen and sell all the houses, then save and exit again. Rinse & repeat until you reach your 500th house. Once you've bought your 500th house, the trophy will pop!

Similar to the achievement for 100 houses. You must get all the streets of the same color group in order to build houses. As you know. It’s better, of course, to have ALL full streets for each color group. Only railways (4 of them) and two public utilities (Power Plant and Water Supply) are not counted.
