This can only be gotten upon finishing the main storyline of the game.
Head to the Desperado region and go north west from Crossroads to the road that crosses the mountain heading towards Charity Kingdom. Go north in that path to Raptor mountain. Scale it and speak to the leader/chief raptor. He says his daughter is missing.
She can be found near Appenton - directly south of the town is a cave network (can be seen beneath the healer dude) go into the cave and go to the end that comes out in Frobec region. The raptor is here. Once you interact with her you get transported back to the mountain automatically.
The raptor leader now says he'll show you the origin of all monsters** and flys you about on the map. Scroll down and you'll see a new map that is a mirror of the original map. Click here and it is SUPPOSED to pop for you here...mine didn't BUT I did get the one for beating one of the optional bosses instead....so win I guess?
** I had to go out of the mountain and come back for it to register that i'd returned with the child raptor
