Just to make this clear. The achievement is not broken. It doesn't refer to the challenges does at the compound in career. The challenges it's receding to are the ones on your rider profile.
The 2 easiest to complete are 1000000 credits and drive 500 miles. The others are things like complete the career on realistic, beat 50 time trial ghosts or win (Might be podium) 50 multiplayer races.

I guess these are the same challenges like in the first game. there were four of them including winning every championship, getting 1.000.000 Credits and so on.

Great guide. I confirm the 1 million of credits and the 500 miles are the easiest to do. And when You work for the others achievements of the game, it come naturelly.
