In a career you will get to a Season agenda screen with a schedule of days that has rest days, free days, bonus days and the main race day. Hit 
on Free Day and choose Media Day then either Meeting the Journalists or Meeting the Fans. Hit 
to confirm changes then choose Yes. Start Media Day then you can hit continue to skip the cutscene. Afterwards you will get your Fame Activity rewards. You need to do this 4 other times before other races in the career. After the 5th one the achievement will pop
