Works on any difficulty. A hole shot is when you cross the white line, generally after the first turn, in first place. At the beginning of a race, before the gate drops, hold (clutch), (gas), and . After about five seconds, when the music gets intense, let go of and you should take off quite quickly.

Try to take a line on the inside of the first turn to zip by the other racers. If you are not in first place leaving the first turn, hold (rewind) for a second and try again - rewinding will not affect your ability to get the achievement as long as you use it before any rider crosses the white line.

What is a Holeshot?
A "holeshot" is when a racer reaches the white line first. This white line is about 200-300 yards from the start. So basically, it's whoever gets the Best Start!

How to get a Holeshot?
-Hold the Clutch () and then hold the gas ().
- Next, you want to focus on the top of the Gate. When it drops, you want to LET GO of the Clutch ().
- This should Give you a Good Head start to reach the white line first. If you mess up, you can Pause > Restart

Eventually you will get these naturally. We need 15 Total for the Achievement for both Achievements. However this Achievement is for your 1st one.
