Sorry but it's a downvote from me. Your talking about money not XP.
Although they go together. Even in your video you earn 180K not 50K.
Every race you win net you 50K money and 180K "prestige"/XP.
Every lap you lead 1000 xp
Every lap without rewind/respawn 1000xp
Every fastest lap 2000xp and this can multiply.

Another tip is to do the challenges. I got top tier for levels 1-10 on the holeshot challenge and it ranked me up from level 50 to level 72 and it only took about 10 minutes making it way faster than the above solution.
