Start a 450 championship in Career mode. First you will have to win(?) a non-championship race at the compound. Not a difficult race, and game settings can be tweaked in your favour if required). After this the championship opens up to you. You have the choice of 2x official teams on the left or 2x sponsors on the right. Select one of the official teams to pop your achievement.
