This is pretty simple, you just have to complete all Low Rank hunts on the village and Gathering Hub list. They go from Rank 1 to Rank 3, every quest higher than Hunter Rank 3 is consider High Rank. Hope this helps!

To get the trophy, you need to complete all low-rank tasks, there are sections with 1, 2 and 3 stars, when you complete all the tasks, red checkmarks appear next to the sections. At a low rank there should be 3 checkmarks opposite the stars. You don't need to go through anything else.
