To unlock this you need to place all great wirebugs at wirebug lilies in the two new Sunbreak locations.
Getting Great wirebugs
Throughout the Sunbreak story, you’re given great wirebugs by an NPC in Elgado for taking photos of monsters.
The only tricky one is the quest to take a photo of Garangolm’s elemental arms, mainly because the description is vague. What you need to do is take the photo just as Garangolm activates the elemental buff. Do enough damage and he will roar and smash his arms into the ground, and it’s at this moment you need to snap the photo. You can tell that it’s the right time by an orange asterisk displaying in your frame.
Finding Wirebug lily locations
To find all the wirebug lily locations, theoretically you should be able to select to show the locations of undiscovered lilies on your map. I couldn’t get it to work in Sunbreak though, although it worked in base Rise.
But what you can do instead is hold down LB to show the detailed mini map. On the mini map, lilies you’ve placed will show up as orange arrows, and ones you haven’t placed will be white arrows. So just run around the maps in a circle holding down LB, and place wirebugs at all the white arrows and you’re good.
