How to unlock the Hunter's Gold Shield achievement in Monster Hunter Rise - Definitive Guide

First guide, but here is a quick solution for farming this ridiculously long journery.
NOTE: I am end game, with augments and gear and had little left to do, so i just eventually needed the 1000 monsters and had decently well optimized builds. with my own spin on them to make this go a little faster.

The best way to tackle this achievement is to go through Sunbreak as per normal, doing ALL other achievements first. I literally did them all way sooner then this achievement with about 300 monsters left.

Some things to know that can speed you through this:

- Any single monster in MR counts, quests that have more monster targets(aka hunt 4 monsters) have less hp PER MONSTER based on their respective hp, this is huge to note for farming
- Some monsters are terrible to farm due to hit zone values, and location as well as vulnerability times should you not follow my guide, be warned.

My recommendation for farming this after you do all other achievements (or do this when you want) is to do the following:

the quest 1★ Rookie Hunters Welcome! is the best quest (it is a MR event quest) that has 4 monsters with around 8-10k hp a piece which is relatively low compared to most others, and they have high kill speeds.
Izuchi
Baggi
Wroggi
Volvidon

What I did to farm this, since you DON'T need to complete the quests for the monster kills to count, is used DB with Thunder element and killed the first two(Izuchi and Baggi) left the quests and started it back up.
The reason for this is as follows:
You do not need to eat before the quests to get max hp due to the rainbow bird at the beginning of the quests.
Both of these monsters are spawned right at the beginning and I could kill one before engaging the other(sometimes not though)
With DB i was able to get a 1 minute kill time on both with about 30 seconds in between quests with loading etc.
Both monsters have really high hit Zone damage multipliers, so other monsters even if you can find lower hp monsters, won't be guaranteed small crowns(like this quest) with the highest hit zones. Thunder has good damage against them both and element on DB with some decent skills and augments will always come out on top.

Not sure if I left anything out, but will edit if so.

Would you mind sharing your build? I'm having a hard time getting sub 5 minute on a 2 monster hunt and wonder what the difference in builds is.

Does this stack with the 1000 high rank monster kills? i.e. if i kill a master rank monster would it count as 1 high AND 1 master rank kill?

OH MAN! I missed your replies guys.

I will send some pictures with my build to give you an idea.

For the 1000 high rank and 1000 master rank I do believe they stack, I am not totally certain, off the top of my head due to this being awhile ago I completed it, but the high rank one can be farmed even faster then this one(by light years! they only havce like 2.5k to 4k hp at worst for that farm instead of closer to 10k)

Just focus on master rank missions as the monsters do stack. Meaning, once I was in master rank, I never played any high rank monsters, except if you still need other related achievements, but the high rank 1000 monsters achievement popped for me while just playing sunbreak/ master rank missions

I wish there was a way to track. This is my last achievement aside from the MR arena
