Below is my guide on how to obtain the "Petalce Arrangement Vase" Achievement. This achievement pertains to collecting all different petalace, and upgrading those that can to their maximum values. There are 6 total Petalace you will need to unlock for this achievement. The main 4 will be unlocked by playing through the game, and the remaining 2 are tied to late-game Hub Quests. The steps to obtain these are as follows:

Your first set of Petalace that you will unlock are given to you by Hinoa at the start of the game. These are the:
-Hunting Petalace I
-Strength Petalace I
-Fortitude Petalace I
-Demon Petalace I

Once you have obtained the initial set, they are upgraded by reaching Hr 4, and completing the 4* Urgent Hub Rampage Quest "Apex Arzuros." Upon successfully finishing this quest, your Petalace will upgrade into:
-Hunting Petalace II
-Strength Petalace II
-Fortitude Petalace II
-Demon Petalace II

Upon completing the previous steps and reaching HR 6, talking to "Fugen the Elder" will upgrade your Petalace to:
-Hunting Petalace III
-Strength Petalace III
-Fortitude Petalce III
-Demon Petalace III

There are Two additional Petalace that can be unlocked through completing quests from "Fugen the Elder." You must reach HR 8 in order to unlock these quests. These two Petalace are/awarded by completing:
-7* High Rank Hub Quest: "A Blaze Among Beasts" (Absolute Petalace)
-7* High Rank Hub Quest: "May Fire Quell Fury" (Underworld Petalace)

Upon obtaining all Petalace listed below:
-Hunting Petalace IIII
-Strength Petalace III
-Fortitude Petalace III
-Demon Petalace III
-Absolute Petalace
-Underworld Petalace
