While playing through the Sunbreak story, you’ll be presented with the possibility to increase your buddies’ “skill memory” by Nagi the buddy agent in the Elgado marketplace.
To access it, go to the buddy dojo and at the bottom there will be an option to “Increase skill memory”. It costs 3 Eurekacorn to max out a buddy’s skill memory, and you need to max out 10 buddies skill memory for the achievement, for a total of 30 Eurekacorn needed.
Eurekacorn can be gathered from several different places, for example from Meowcenaries (regular, non-shining gathering spots in Sunbreak locations are your best bet), or collected from the cohoot nests in Elgado marketplace/Kamura Buddy plaza.
