Hopping skewers is a new addition to MH Rise via the Sunbreak DLC. When eating before a mission at the canteen you can now click 
to turn on the hopping skewers. Simply eat 20 skewers with this setting turned on to get the achievement. If you want to unlock this fast, eat a skewer then launch a mission and then end the mission as soon as you load in. Repeat 20x.
