For this you need at least one Qurio investigation over level 62, at that point the rewards will include the Primal Amber Essence which you'll need to upgrade pieces of your armor in the Qurious Armor Crafting.
There's also the option to buy them from Bahari, but this way you can save the coins for more important things and you also farm the materials needed for other types of crafting. After that, you only need to augment 5 different pieces of armor.
Note: Armor from lower rarities can be upgraded using Amber Essence + which can be easily obtained by level 30 approximately.
