This will be the hub urgent quest appearing when you complete 3 Hr 6 quests. This is a rampage quest so almost impossible to fail unless you take too long to kill Ibushi at the final gate. Make use of the counter attack time to use your weapon rather than the turrets. Completing this will get you the achievement.
