This achievement is for unlocking all of the new Switch Skills introduced in Sunbreak. You will also need all the Switch Skills from the base game that were needed to unlock
The Master's Black Belt achievement in Monster Hunter Rise worth 153 pointsAwarded for obtaining many Switch Skills, a feat of both mental and bodily discipline.
The first set comes as soon as you finish the first quest to hunt the Daimyo Hermitaur and you get introduced to Arlow (the new Arena Master).
The second set comes after you're at MR 4. You'll need to do 2 more key quests to unlock the next urgent quest. When you do so you'll be directed to Master Utsushi who will give you all the rest of the new Switch Skills.
