At the docks of Elgado next to the smithy, there will sometimes be a person called “Pingarh the Sailor”. If you talk to him when he’s around he might give you an item once per quest.
You need to collect 20 items from Pingarh to get the achievement. They don’t have to be unique ones, just any 20 will do.
While you theoretically could get this in just 20 quests, since it’s random whether he’s there or not, and whether he gives a trinket or not, it’s probably gonna take much longer than that.
