You can spend your points and not worry too much about this, mine unlocked when i had around 92k total points.
If you want to get this out of the way quickly, go out and collect the ancient relic notes on the maps, each one you picks up gives you 1kx10 across 6 maps and if you buy the kumura points booster meal ball as well as grabbing endemic/resources while you're out and about you'll crack this out pretty quickly.
