Awarded for performing 100 switch skill swaps. You would likely acquire this naturally over time, but once you learn the switch skill swap very early in the Sunbreak DLC, you can load up any Expedition, perform 100 switch skill swaps, and complete the expedition. The achievement pops after you end the expedition, or whatever quest you're on when you hit 100.
To do a switch skill swap -
With weapon sheathed -

Blademaster with weapon drawn - + +
Gunner with weapon drawn -
+ +
Swapping can also be done via the Action Bar and is effective in combination with control type 2.

You can complete this achievement in the training area in Kamura too. I did the 100 swaps then I fast traveled back to Elgado and the achievement popped
