How to unlock the Copper Ecologist's Award achievement in Monster Hunter Rise - Definitive Guide
This achievement is for photographing the following Endemic Life:
Poison/Para/Sleep/Blastoads
Fire/Mud/Thunder/Snowbeetles
Stinkmink
Escuregot
Puppet Spider
Wailmard
Trapbug
Antidobra
Brewhare
Lanternbug
Gustcrab
Aurortle
If you have trouble remembering where these are located, if you pull up the Detailed Map ( or till it's displayed then or to activate), and over to Endemic Life, hit to bring up the Icon List, you can select which creature you are looking for. The map will then display the known locations of those creatures. Go to one of those locations, bring up the Photograph option (hit or until it appears, then or to go into Photo mode) and center the creature in the reticle.
You'll know you're taking the shot of the correct animal once the name of the creature appears in the upper right corner of the photo frame. Once you've gotten a picture of the correct animal, you can go into your Hunter Notes, select Endemic Life, go to the animal, hit , and select a picture to replace the default graphic of the animal. This is also a handy way of keeping track of which animals you've done and which ones you need to get.

Do you need to photo each of the toads and beetles, or just one of each? Also of note, the endemic life will not show up on your icons list until you have picked one up first.

You need to take a pic of all of them. I just wrote it that way to not have to write -toad/beetle for all of them.
