Slightly misleading, this is for either slaying or capturing 100 large monsters in quests of Master Rank difficulty. This can be made quicker by doing missions with more than one monster, as typically target monsters will have lower health if there are multiple enemies needed to complete the mission. As with a good amount of achievements for this game the achievement will pop in the result screen after the mission it unlocks on is finished.
As an added bonus any monsters counting towards this achievement count towards the base game achievement to hunt 500 monsters, so you can use this achievement as a 20% stepping stone. Granted large monster kills/captures should be shown within the player's Guild Card but I've never viewed the stats on my own so I can't be certain.
