How to unlock the Spreading the Word achievement in MONSTER HUNTER: WORLD - Definitive Guide
you can do with your boosting partner.
1. SWAP guild cards.
2. DELETE guild cards.
repeat them.
If there are many members, it will be easier.

Join SOS missions, preferably expeditions with more than one person. Since expeditions rarely actually *NEED* help, usually the people in them are free to send cards back rather than fighting. Just hit to join, send your guild card, and wait a minute without actually going into the mission. A lot of times people will send theirs back. Post a nice thank-you gesture or sticker, and press RS to leave instead, then join another. I was able to get about 25% of people to send a card doing this.
This solution is best used after you already have your 100 multiplayer mission achievement, since you can potentially get a lot of guild cards naturally during the course of doing multiplayer.
This also works better once you're in high rank, as a brand new player will be less likely to understand guild cards, and once you're in high rank you have access to more SOS missions to respond to, giving you a larger pool of players and matches to pick from.

Achievement pops when you get 50th guild card.
For this achievement, you can actually boost it with one other person if you wish, you don't have to have 50 in your possession at once. Once you receive their card, you can immediately delete it from your list and have them send it again. Upon choosing to receive it, you'll get credit again.
Before you choose to do the boosting method, I would suggest just playing the game normally and send your card whenever you're in an online session. In Astera, there can be up to 16 people at once, so send everyone yours and you'll likely get a few in return. Do the same whenever you host or join a co-op mission.
You can also create a custom emote to ask for the Guild cards - just don't spam it! That's rude and people will certainly ignore you at that point.
Take a friend and:
1. Send the card to a friend.
2. A friend sends you a card.
3. Delete a friend's card.
4. A friend deletes your card.
5. Repeat the top 4 steps 50 times.
The achievement will pop up for both as soon as they reach 50 gears. Question of a couple of minutes.
Friend: sends
You: accept
Then go to the list of cards and delete them and do this until the achievement appears.
