Straightforward achievement here. Simply craft five Rarity 12 armor pieces at the armory.
There are several monsters that will drop the materials required to do so. To obtain the required materials, the monsters must be defeated in Master Rank hunts.

You will naturally obtain some of the necessary materials as you progress through the Iceborne story, as you will be tasked with defeating a number of these monsters to advance. Usually defeating a monster once will give you the materials required to craft a piece of their armor, possibly even two. Beyond the story, you can easily target these monsters through investigations and optional quests.

I was surprised that by the end of the game, I have never even seen several of these monsters
