This is an unmissable achievement, as there are several places you will get two kills with one throw in order to complete the level with three stars.
The first location that this can be achieved is on Mellow Yellow 28. Simply knock both monsters to the bottom with the sticky (purple guys) and then blow them up with the blue. (Video Below from youtube, I did not make and do not own the video)
*Side note, the monsters must explode, you can't have two fall off the ledge with one throw for this to count.
