There are a total of 20 trucks. You start with a few.
You earn them on each difficulty for getting all 1st places in each section (i.e. 5 per difficulty).
You also earn one for each stunt points target. You need to earn 1080000 points on one of the difficulties for the final truck. There is one more points target after that but it unlocks a video.
After you get all 1sts, repeat the courses on one of the difficulties to boost points. It doesn't matter where you finish.

For anyone who is still working on this. Found a level were you have low points. Then do donuts, you well cap out at 1000 points. Then just start a new donut and keep going for as long as you want.
