You will need 38/40 on Normal or 39/40 on Pro to unlock this. If you want all trucks and all 1st places you will have to do both!
The key is getting two good combos (around x12 or better) in your run with at least one of each of the stunt moves (Donut, Crush, Smash, Airtime and Wheelie) in each.
Start with a Donut and go into the nearby smash items and follow that immediately with another Donut and back into the Smash items. Head for one of the ramps for Airtime and Crush, return back over the other ramp and try and get a Wheelie in and back into the smash items near the start. Keep the combo going if you can, if it ends do another one in much the same way. Getting the wheelies is hardest, I found you need at least two in the run to get 9/10 for stunt variation.
Don't forget to hit every stunt item at least once and last the whole time.
