You will uncover the source of Marduk's powers at the top of the Mystical Workshop region, once there you will face the Goblin Pilot Champion Monster. If you lose this battle the game will respawn you to just before fighting him so you can try again. The level of the monsters are dependent on when you reach the region and what level your character is. Once winning this battle the trophy will unlock.
