When you first approach The Forgotten World, you will meet a new monster called Bard. Once you have entered the new zone, you can follow Bard along and he will eventually guide you to a man, named the Wanderer, encased in ice and your familiar suspects that Bard wants you to help free the Wanderer.
To do this you need to find all of the Celestial Feathers dotted around the Forgotten World. The game doesn't seem to tell you this, so I was just picking stuff up and my familiar suddenly told me we had enough feathers. So the feathers themselves are not difficult to find, as I did it by accident. However, the Monster Sanctuary Wiki does have a guide for the zone's treasures;

Once you have these Celestial feathers (not to be confused with normal feathers found earlier in the game) return to Bard and the MacGuffin will release the Wanderer, who will exposit at you. He will want to fight you, but the achievement should unlock before that.

The game does tell you about the feathers in the journal that's sitting next to the first Celestial Feather you pick up in the bottom left of the map (Treasure #42 on the Wiki map).

Whoops. Seems tucked away a bit then! I may not have even noticed the journal, or skim read it. Usually, I would have expected the familiar to explain what was needed, or mentioned something when I picked them up (he only commented feeling the essence after i got them all).
