The Forgotten World refers to the new zone added in the free DLC. On the map it is the zone is coloured purple.
To find it, you will need a monster that can reveal invisible blocks. The passage is located at the bottom of Horizon Beach, which is the yellow coloured zone on the map.
After jumping across the invisible blocks, you will find the bard who will give you access to the new location. Follow the bard and you will plunge into the new zone. The achievement will unlock soon as you land.
