How to unlock the Legend of the Sanctuary achievement in Monster Sanctuary - Definitive Guide

To become a Keeper Master, the final and highest rank in the game, you must complete the story and defeat every Champion Monster in the game.
Once you have reached Keeper Master rank talk to the NPC at the very top of Keeper's Tower. This will allow you to enter Eternity's End region through the master door. Inside Eternity's End you will battle champion versions of all 4 Spectral Familiars. Beating a champion familiar will reward the player with its egg or Infinity Flame depending on whether they started the game with the familiar. You must collect the Spectral Familiars eggs to be able to unlock Gotta Hatch 'em All!
and Eternity's End is a requirement to unlock 100% of the map for Wanderlust .
