It is actually unlocked after you pick up the treasure chest behind him. I thought the achievement was glitched and almost crashed my game to prevent having to replay it :P right boss tho

Story-Related trophy and unmissable.
After fighting Alchemist Rhazes in the Magma Chamber region you will face the Champion Monster Asura, once defeated you will unlock this trophy. If you lose this battle the game will respawn you to just before fighting him so you can try again. The level of the monsters are dependent on when you reach the region and what level your character is.
